Job size is the only variable. Not how far we have to walk, not what time of day it is, not how long the job takes once we're on-site. Send a photo or two beforehand and you'll have your number before we ever ring the doorbell.

Common Questions

How soon can you get out to Tarzana?

Same-day is typical, and next-day covers it even on a packed week. Send a couple photos ahead of time and we'll give you an honest arrival window.

Do I need to bring items outside first?

Not at all. We come to wherever it's sitting, garage, backyard, second floor, and carry it out ourselves.

What won't you take?

Very little. A short list of hazardous materials needs separate handling, and we'll say so upfront if that applies to your job. Everything else, we load.

Will the price change once you arrive?

No. The flat rate we quote based on job size is the number you pay, whether the job runs quick or takes a little longer.

Do I have to be there the whole time?

For most residential jobs, yes, so someone can sign off on what's leaving. We can usually work out more flexible arrangements for commercial jobs.
